Custom and personalized orders
Each KhAoS King Designs item is made to order and personalized for you. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases, incorrect details submitted by the customer, or color/design preferences after production begins.

Please review all spelling, team names, colors, and design details before placing your order. Changes or cancellations must be requested before production begins.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from the personalization confirmed in your order, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution.

Production takes 10–21 days after design details are received and approved. Carrier delivery time is additional and depends on the shipping method selected at checkout.
